Those looking for authentic Swiss cuisine in Zermatt will find a particularly charming place in the Stübli. Surrounded by alpine cosiness, warm wood and a welcoming atmosphere, Swiss classics such as cheese fondue, raclette and meat on the hot stone take centre stage.
