VIVANDA SUMMER EDITION

The VIVANDA restaurant is an authentic Italian ristorante with a focus on original, fresh and homemade Italian products, preparation methods and dishes. Thanks to a new charcoal grill, various special meat dishes, such as an authentic Italian "bistecca alla fiorentina", are offered. A fine pasta and pizza selection from the wood-fired oven is also offered, albeit in a reduced form.

As a small or big snack we serve burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, soups and salads.

Of course all our snacks and coffee’s are also available for take-away.
Please be advised that we do not take reservatios at the Pub.

BAO BAR

This year we have launched the new and trendy winter gastronomy concept "BAO BAR - asian
street food". In collaboration with the star chef Adrian Bührer, various delicious and currently
trendy Bao Buns were created.

The BAO BAR is an uncomplicated "lounge bar concept" in which the guests can enjoy trendy lounge music
to fine drinks and a selection of Bao Buns until the early morning hours.
